GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday. Please allow 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

During high-volume seasons or sale events, processing and shipping times may take 5–7 business days.


STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is available on a limited basis and will be announced through our Instagram account (@lulu.shoppr).

Before selecting the pickup option at checkout, you must coordinate the pickup with us via email or Instagram DM. Orders placed without prior coordination will not be processed. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Estimated arrival times for pre-order items are listed in each product description. Please note that arrival times may vary due to carrier delays.

Once the item arrives, please allow 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.


STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to the sender (Lulu Shop PR) due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
  • If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout and is lost or stolen after delivery, we are not responsible.
  • We are only responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but misplaced at the final destination, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Orders will not be replaced in these cases.

REFUND POLICY (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

We’re sorry about that! If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via our contact page or email info@shoplulupr.com.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Product details
  • Photos of the item received

We will respond with further instructions.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Unworn and unused items are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds) within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and original packaging.
  • Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.
  • All clothing items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All SALE items are final sale.

All items are inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@shoplulupr.com with your order number and photos of the item. Each case will be reviewed individually.

No refunds. Store credit only.
No price adjustments will be made for items purchased prior to promotions or special offers.
